Es steht Weihnachten vor der Tür. Mit einer Aktion wird der Kunstverein Familie Montez vom 23.11. bis zum 24.12.2022 seine Ressourcen nutzen, um Kunst zeitgenössisch zu zelebrieren. Digital, im Ergebnis auch analog, mit Geheimnissen, Rätseln und natürlich Spannung – für Künstler und Kunstinteressierte gleichermaßen. Der Hauptgedanke der Aktion ist, Künstlern eine Marktplattform zu eröffnen, auf der sie nicht nur auf sich und ihre Arbeiten aufmerksam machen, sondern auch unkompliziert ein Werk für 350,00 € verkaufen können.
Die Kunstwerke der mitmachenden Künstler werden digital auf der Webseite artworks.kvfm.de mit Angaben der Materialien sowie der Größe des Werkes präsentiert (großformatig und kleinformatig). Ein Künstler, ein Werk. Name des Künstlers und Titels des Werkes bleiben bis zum Abschluss der Aktion (24.12.22) anonym.
Zu dem digitalen Projekt haben wir uns entschieden, da die Kosten für Hängung nebst weiteren Kosten dem Zweck der Aktion nicht gerecht werden, nämlich den vollständigen Kaufpreis – im Falle eines Verkaufs – dem jeweiligen Künstler zukommen zu lassen.
Am 23.11.2022 wird es eine digitale Präsentation der eingereichten Arbeiten im Kunstverein geben, zu welcher alle Künstler – ob mitwirkend oder nicht – eingeladen sind, präsent zu sein. Am 23.12. sowie final am 24.12.2022 findet eine Finissage im Kunstverein Familie Montez statt.
Die eingereichten Arbeiten werden alle für den einheitlichen Preis von 350,00 € angeboten.
Es darf jeder Künstler mitmachen, es gibt keine inhaltlichen Vorgaben. Die Teilnehmeranzahl ist auf 250 Personen beschränkt.
Die digitale Präsentation der Arbeiten beinhaltet die Funktion für Kaufinteressenten, sich das Bild gegen eine Gebühr von 50,00 € reservieren zu lassen. Im Fall des späteren Kaufs wird diese Reservierungsgebühr mit dem Kaufpreis verrechnet. Bei einer Reservierung gibt der Kaufinteressent seine Kontaktdaten an.
Die Abwicklung der Transaktion „Bild gegen Geld“ findet im Kunstverein Familie Montez am 23.12. sowie am 24.12.2022 persönlich zwischen Künstler und Kaufinteressent statt. Wenn einer von beiden nicht kann, verständigen sie sich auf eine andere Art der Übergabe. Am 24.12.22 werden ebenfalls die Namen der teilnehmenden Künstler mit

Christmas is just around the corner. The Kunstverein Familie Montez will use its resources to celebrate art in a contemporary way with a campaign from 23.11. to 24.12.2022. It will be digital, in the end also analog, with secrets, riddles and of course suspense – for artists and art lovers alike. The main idea of the campaign is to provide artists with a platform where they can not only draw attention to themselves and their work, but also sell a work for €350.00 in an easy and uncomplicated way.
The artworks of the artists participating will be presented on the website artworks.kvfm.de with information about the materials as well as the size of the work (large format and small format). One artist, one work. The name of the artist and the title of the work will remain anonymous until the end of the project (24.12.22).
We have decided on the digital project, because the expenses for installation and other fees do not meet the purpose of the action, namely to give the full purchase price – in the event of a sale – to the relevant artist.
There will be a digital presentation of the submitted works at the Kunstverein on 23.11.2022, to in which all artists – participating or not – are invited to be present. A finissage will take place at the Kunstverein Familie Montez on 23.12. as well as a final presentation on 24.12.2022.
The works submitted will all be offered for the uniform price of 350,00 €.
All artists are allowed to participate, there are no restrictions regarding the content. Participation is limited to 250 people.
For a fee of 50,00 €, the digital presentation of the works includes the ability for prospective buyers to reserve the image. The reservation fee will be deducted from the purchase price in the case of its subsequent purchase. With a reservation the prospective buyer provides their contact data.
The transactions “ Art for Money“ will take place in the Kunstverein Familie Montez on 23.12. and 24.12.2022 in person between the artist and the prospective buyer. In the event that one of the two is unable to attend, they will agree on another method of delivery. On 24.12.22 the names of the participating artists will also be announced.
